If you select to make a nomination instead of an on-the-spot message, the following page will have many of the same features as an On the spot Messages, however there is one feature that is exclusive to the nomination screen. To submit a nomination, an award level must be indicated.
Clicking the award level button open a page where award level badge and corresponding point value must be indicated to continue with the nomination process.
After you have selected an award level, an additional field will appear where you, as the recipient, can send a message to the approvers indicating why the recipient deserves the nomination award and badge.
Prior to submitting the nomination, you as the nominator have the option to preview the nomination. This preview includes a snapshot of the approval process including which manager or director must approve the nomination for to be awarded.
